Stayed for 3 nights in this incredibly friendly and absolutely amazing place, appreciated that. The best part of our fab stay was the incredibly nice breakfast with good coffee. The hotel was in an exceptional location, easy to get to San Marco & Rialto Vaporetto stop.
There was no elevator which we expected, so were a little disappointed.

The breakfast is particularly good and fantastic, and the location is brilliant really close to Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square, restaurants and San Marco and the Rialto bridge. All the rooms are large and fashionable with shower and the staff are consistently courteous. It is nestled in the centre of the town, very close to Saint Mark's Square.
